VIELO DASHIEL & KHALI respects your privacy. This policy describes the personal information used to operate this booking website and arrange your stay.
Information we collect
When you make or manage a booking, we may collect your name, email address, mobile number, selected property and dates, number of guests, special requests you provide, booking and payment status, and any payment receipt image you upload. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in special requests or receipt images.
How we use your information
We use this information to check availability, create and manage bookings, review payment receipts, communicate with you about your reservation, respond to requests, and maintain the security and operation of the service.
Payments and service providers
The current booking flow displays payment instructions and asks you to upload a receipt for staff review. This website does not currently provide PayMongo checkout or automatically verify PayMongo payments. We do not ask for your banking password, card PIN, or one-time password. Authorized booking staff and service providers that host the website, store booking records or files, or send booking emails may process information as needed to provide the service.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed to manage bookings, respond to questions, meet recordkeeping obligations, and protect the service. Uploaded receipt files are scheduled for deletion after 20 days; related booking records may be kept separately. We use access controls intended to protect booking information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your requests and contacting us
You may ask questions or make a request about your personal information by replying to your booking email or contacting the host using the contact details provided for your selected stay. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable Philippine data-protection law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A downpayment is required to secure a booking. The amount due is shown before you submit payment and may depend on the selected stay. It is credited toward the cost of your booking; the remaining stay cost and any disclosed additional charges are payable in cash upon arrival.
If you cancel your booking
You may cancel before the check-in date using your booking link or by contacting the host. Unless the cancellation terms shown for your stay say otherwise, payments already received, including the downpayment, are non-refundable when you cancel. The dates will then be released for other guests. If you do not arrive, the same terms apply.
If the host cancels your confirmed booking
If the host cannot provide a confirmed stay, contact the host using the details in your booking email. The host will explain the available options and arrange any refund required by applicable law.
Changing your booking
Date-change requests depend on availability and require host approval. A change is not confirmed until the host sends confirmation. Any change in price or amount due will be explained before it is accepted.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Terms & Conditions
By using this website to request or manage a stay, you agree to provide accurate information and follow these terms, the cancellation policy above, and the rules displayed for your selected property.
Booking and confirmation
A temporary date hold is not a confirmed booking and may expire if payment is not submitted within the time shown. A booking is confirmed only after staff review the payment receipt and send confirmation. Keep your booking link private; it may provide access to your reservation details.
Payments and prices
Payment instructions are shown during booking. Uploading a receipt does not itself confirm payment or the reservation. The downpayment amount due is displayed for the selected stay. The remaining stay cost and any additional charges disclosed on the property page are payable in cash upon arrival. The website does not currently offer automatic PayMongo checkout.
Guest responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, date, and guest-count information. You are responsible for ensuring everyone in your group follows the property's house rules, guest limits, and check-in and check-out times. Additional charges disclosed for the stay are payable as stated on the property page.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy above and any stay-specific terms shown before booking. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and host approval.
Property information and availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep property descriptions, prices, and availability current. A reservation is not guaranteed until confirmed by the host. Contact the host promptly if you have a question or notice an error.
